The WISE Program is for students, educators, and leaders who aspire to think creatively and effect positive changes in the educational system. Young leaders are encouraged to submit an application for the WISE Fellowship 2023. Which Applicants are Eligible?
The WISE Emerging Leaders programme is truly global in scope. Any nationalities are welcome to apply for this Fellowship.
Topical Emphasis on WEL 2023
The ultimate objective is to bring together energetic and ambitious young people to discuss educational concerns in their own societies.
The WISE Emerging Leaders will also discuss and disseminate information on finding new ways to address pressing educational issues.

Time Allocation
The duration of the curriculum is 9 months. Where a few weeks will be spent in Italy followed by a few weeks in Qatar. The remaining months will be monitored digitally to ensure continuity.
Qualified applicants will be eligible for both Trips.
- The First Journey: Italy (May 31 – June 10, 20230
- Qatar (late November/December): The second trip.
Gains Monetarily
The key benefit of the WISE Emerging Leaders program is it a Fully Funded. You don’t need to pay for anything. All the expenses will be covered.
- All applicants will receive free housing.
- All participants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from Qatar and Italy.

Conditions for Eligibility
- Everyone in the world can apply.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 25 and 33.
- You’ll soon be fluent in the English language.

- Competent in the classroom.
