The Asian Institute of Science and Technology is pleased to offer Thai government scholarships to International Students from All Corners of the Globe. We welcome applications from students interested in completing a Master’s or Doctoral Programme in Thailand. For the 2024–2025 School Year, one can apply for a Fully Funded Scholarship called the Royal Scholarship.
Graduate programmes at the Asian Institute of Science and Technology cover nearly every area of study. Applying for this award does not cost anything. Under this scholarship, all costs will be paid.

Qualification Requirements:
Online Applications for Royal Thai Government Scholarships in Thailand are only accepted from candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must be citizens of one of the following nations: ASEAN, other Asian countries, or Bhutan or Timor-Leste.
- Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 throughout a four-year undergraduate and two-year graduate program.
- Minimum required GPA for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees is 3.5.

Required Documents:
- A pair of letters of recommendation
- A minimum score of 6.0 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) in both the reading and writing sections is required for this research project.
