The Open Door Russian Scholarship has the following requirements for applicants to meet.
- This scholarship is open to candidates of any and all nationalities from all regions of the world.
The Valid Passport Copy - Official Transcripts and Copies of Degree Certificates
- Masters Degree Scholarships require applicants to already hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Candidates without a Master’s degree from an accredited institution will not be considered for Doctoral Degree Scholarships.
