This is the popular exchange program in Japan, in which participants from various countries meet the requirements of the Japanese workplace. It draws both male and female participants. This fellowship program is open to young applicants between the Ages Of 24 And 35 who hold or will soon receive a Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree. The AYF is comprised of three interconnected programs called Lectures, Challenges, and Projects. Fellows have the opportunity to rediscover themselves from the perspective of a new country and culture, while surrounded by AYF Fellows from all over the world.
