Pakistani students and students from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are eligible for 600 HEC Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Scholarships in 2022. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia accepts applications from students with any prior degree, regardless of discipline, for its Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral Programs. Apply online using the HEC portal. IELTS and TOEFL are unnecessary. A total of 25 Saudi Universities are awarding Pakistani students the largest number of scholarships in Saudi Arabia.
A Pakistani or an AJK national must apply. Pakistan would provide scholarships to 75% of the students. Pakistani students studying in the Kingdom will be eligible for 25% of the scholarships. When applying for a bachelor’s degree, applicants must be between the ages of 17 and 25; below the ages of 30 for a master’s degree; and below the ages of 35 for a Ph.D. degree.
In Saudi Arabia, the selected candidates will enter the program in September or October each year. At the time of applying for a Saudi scholarship, the applicant must not be enrolled in any other scholarship program. Students at SAU can choose from a wide range of disciplines, including engineering, science, the arts, information technology, and health care, among many others.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a Pakistani or AJK national.
- The applicant should be between 17 to 25 years for Bachelor’s program, must be below 30 years for Master program, and less than 35 for Ph.D. program on the closing date of the application portal of the respective university.
- The selected applicants will join the respective program in September /October each year in Saudi Arabia.
- The applicant must not be holding any other scholarship at the time of availing Saudi scholarship.
- The applicant must not have any criminal record.
- The applicant must not have been suspended from any educational institution on disciplinary or any other valid grounds.
- Any other requirement set by the respective Saudi University or Saudi Government.
